Zoomreward - food chopper? or recommend

I've been going through the various folios, and thought the Proctor Silex food chopper might be a good option (2500 points). Has anyone ordered this?

Any other good recommendations? Actually, I have over 3000 points right now, and could probably wait for something better. I'm doing the restaurant survey, and today I got four other surveys from them, so the points are adding up pretty nicely.

I usually go for the free CDs or DVDs. 2,000-2,500 pts. Figure I can't go wrong there.

I just got the salad spinner and love it. Been wanting one of those forever. :) I have a Procto Silex mini food chopper (not from zoomrewards, but one I got for Christmas years ago) and it works great. You should like it if ya get it. :) Zoom Rewards is very fast to ship things too. I got my Salad Spinner within a couple days of ordering it.

Just a thought.

Before I request a reward, I usually check the customer reviews at Amazon and others. It has helped me make choices.
I wanted a waffle maker but then the reviews were not good and the reviews were good for the ice cream maker that was offered.

:p the rewards from the folios are such good quality. I ordered the womans watch and was surprised it was a Bulova. The stereo is terrific as well. Cannot go wrong with any reward.

I've gotten the hand mixer, wireless headphones, hand dryer and the vacuum at the 10000 level. Never dissapointed in any of it. I've got 6500 now and thinking of saving for the telescope at the 10000 level.

Thanks for all the good suggestions. The salad spinner did look interesting, too. I might hold off and get something at a higher point level. A girl can dream...

And "never" -- your suggestion to check out Amazon reviews is spot-on. I did check out a travel clock several months ago that was in one of the folios, since I needed to replace one. I found out that the value was around $20-25, and had a good track record, so I got it. Very pleased with the product.

And I've always been pleased with the turnaround time on redemptions. Each time it's only taken 1-2 weeks, max. Sometimes I get things for me, but it's a great place to get gifts on occasion.

Been happy with the hand mixer......

not happy with the sony computer speakers....they arrived and are for a stereo not the computer like stated on their website.........after complaining to them never received an answer for the problem and most recently no surveys in over 3 months and then the wonderful email telling me my points will be lost and i will be deactivated for not participateing......so i am not happy right now......kim
