Welcome to Client Insight's panel enrollment survey. Thank you very much for taking the time to join our panel and provide us with your valuable feedback.

We will employ the information you supply on the following Web pages only to identify research projects for which you may qualify and to notify you of upcoming opportunities. Should you qualify, we will contact you to gauge your willingness to participate in a given study within the allotted timeframe.

Honoraria are based on a per-project basis, and many are on a per-respondent basis (e.g., $25 Amazon.com® gift certificate, $100 American Express® Gift Cheque) for all respondents who complete the full survey. You will be informed of all survey honoraria/incentives and expected incentive delivery prior to participation in any research study. The survey incentive amount is offered in the email invitation and/or on the survey itself.
