How come it takes a properly prepared, primed surface for paint to stick to a wall, but if a drop lands on the floor, it's there for life?

If you figure out how to get it off, let me know. I have spots here and there all over the store from when we painted EVERYTHING but the floor. Now it's got dots here and there. So does the sink in the breakroom. There is even one dot on the toliet lid in the bathroom that I'm clueless how it got there since we never have painted in there yet. :rolleyes:

This is the amazing thing about life.....Yeah right, I do know that a good scraper blade will take the paint off lickitysplit, angled just right.....I refinished a 184 year home....was so careful.....but it happens.....now how to get this stuff out of my hairLOL :confused:
