Maybe its the same old creeps that stole from my son's grave right after we buried him. They took his Army Flag and a couple of things his son put on there. Talk about scum.

that is about the lowest dirty deed i can think of. my friend lost her 3 children in a fire and they were all buried together in one casket. every easter she puts a big tree with easter eggs on their graves and every year someone jerk steals it after a day or two but she says she won't stop doing it. sorry it happened to you :(

I feel your pain. My oldest brother is buried in Ohio. He died when he was an infant. My parents put a sleeping fawn statue on his grave. Someone actually dug it up and took it. This was way back in the 60's. They replaced it twice more and twice more it was taken. They finally gave up and put a name plate on the grave instead. So sad. :( :( :(

Don't feel bad, I make everyone of my brothers arrangements, and I always have something in them just for him. Well this last time some one stole the minimotorcycle i had in the arrangement. The bad part was, the mini was specially painted to match the bike he raced, but I went to the grave of his brother-in-law, and there was the bike. I know the bike didn't fall off. The wire was cut. I'd of made and arrangement for them, just call, but to steal thats just cold, and ruthless. I can't say what else just, I well know were you are comming from, and your not the only one.

Not the same, but on the same lines........ my mom has been going to her house in Louisiana (totalled by Katrina) and pulling out stuff that has sentimental value. She left some stuff in a box (still covered in mud, but you could tell she had purposely pulled it out of the "wreckage") inside her house to take back to her new home later.
Well, some jerk went into her house and took it. :mad:

You can tell she's working on her house so they know it wasn't just left there. (This has happened two separate times).

My sisters & I would leave stuff on our parents grave. We would go back & things would be gone. We asked the cemetary ppl & they said they own the property & when they mow they take the things off & dont put them back.
