View Full Version : Problem with Keynote AGAIN

I took a survey for them two weeks ago. When I did not get my $10 Amazon GC in a week I sent them an email asking them to please send it. Three days later I got the following:

Dear Panelist or prospective Panelist,

Thank you for your email inquiry. Requests will be processed in the order they are received.

In the meantime, we would like you to know that many answers may be found on our Panel Portal.

Thank you.

It has now been four days and I have not heard a thing. I think I remember reading about similar problems posted here in the past few weeks but I could not find the post when I did a search. IS THERE ANYONE who has a phone number or another way of dealing with them? I have not had a problem since they became Keynote(from Vividence)but it appears I have a problem NOW!

Is this the one about a cruise? I completed it and got my gift certificate already...sorry you are having so many problems :(

No, lassss, it was actually visiting a website and interacting with it. I am a Joiseygirl too, btw! :) GLAD you had no problems with your last Keynote experience!

I got this same email from them 2 times now I did 2 surveys for them around April 20th or so and did not get my 2 amazon GC like it said I would get in the email from them anyone have a phone # for them they can email to me or something I wanna get ahold of someone about this but they are not gonna email me back about this I GUESS :mad: let me know if you get your $$$ or they send you a email back thanks

was it visitng for downloads,still waiting for my amazon, i just emailed them prior to seeing this post :(

Keynote usually pays me quickly. however, there have been a couple of times that I had to contact them. Emails don't work. When I call them tho, I have my GC within hours. Just give them a call: 1-800- KEYNOTE

I have never had problems. I did one recently about visiting a medical web site. The site froze before the halfway point and I could not go on. I continued answering the questions, stating that the page would not load from the previous question, etc. I thought for sure I would not see the $10 amazon GC but was surprised that in about a week it was in my email.

THANKS for the phone number! I will call and see what happens! HOPE I don't get an answer machine but I WILL TRY! THANKS AGAIN!!! :)

THANKS AGAIN for the phone number. I called and got a machine but within two hours someone returned my call and I had my code for my $10 GC in two more hours! THANKS AGAIN! :)

CONGRATS and happy to help. That seemed to be the only way I can get a hold of them. I have very few times that I have to call tho. They are usually good about paying. :)
