That girl made another page and refuses to remove my daughters name and school she attends off of her page.

Not only that she is lying about her age. She doesn't turn 14 until July.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes I have contacted her parents. Nothing.

Also I could use some advice on how I would go about calling the police or someone on internet crimes for putting my daughter's safety in danger.

A. Users must be at least 14 to join. According to the TOS, if a user is under 18 and misrepresenting their age, the account may be deleted. If you have sighted a user under 14 years of age on MySpace.com, please contact us with the URL or friend ID number and we will remove it.

If you are trying to remove your own child's account, please work with your child to remove the account. Once you are logged into MySpace.com, click on 'Account Settings' and then click on 'Cancel Account'. An email will be sent to the email address (the same one used as the login name) to verify Account Deletion.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please remove all content from your child's profile, and enter in the text 'Remove Profile' in the 'About Me'. This lets us know that you have taken control of your child's account. Please alert us with the URL to the profile in question, and we can remove the profile for you.

I would contact your local police station they would be able to help you with whom to contact...Good Luck, It so terrible the way this site is abused it can be so great, my friends and family use this site to stay in touch. If parents would just EDUCATE thier children! What is wrong with her parents for heavens sake? I would be so mad to say the least.

I had a similiar problem with a 15 yr old girl obsessed with my 18 yr old son she created profiles of him and the only way I was able to stop her was I went to the Authorities and reported her, filed a Juvenile PEtition against her and reported her to Cybertipline.com as a stalker. Myspace was about as helpful as boobs on a boarhog with the situation even though I had police reports etc. I stayed on them for months with daily emails and finally got them to lock the fake account down and delete her other accounts. DO you know she is back on Myspace and now harassing me, thats OK her world is slowly but surely tumbling down, she posted a very deragatory blog about me harassing her which was funny as heck because I was in the hospital and I havent bothered her at all, thats OK the local Law Enforcement are working on her,s he is harassing me in violation of state cyberstalking and harassing laws. Myspace took over 2 weeks to remove the offending blog and she listed my full name, home address, phone number etc and I have had to change my phone number because of harassing phone calls.

Dont call because they dont have anyone you can talk to, its my understanding they only have about 90 employees. They are owned by Fox TV.

Last night I found a nasty picture of a 35 yr old man with a girl of about 14-15 well doing it on Myspace I reported it and the profile is still on this morning. They obviously have more on their plates than they can handle.

Thank you for the tips. I saved the info on filing a Juvenile Petition and the website you poste.

I have been printing everything out and saving them for evidence. Her page was deleted for the 4th time last night. I am keeping an eye on her. If she makes another page and it does not have my daughter's name...I will leave it alone. But the second it goes on there I will be reporting her. She was warned. And her page will be deleted again.

She threatened me too saying she is going to file harrassment charges on me. I told her go ahead.
