Purcell - An Amber Alert that had gone on for nearly 24 hours has been canceled. A 10-year-old Purcell Girl has been missing since going for a ride on her bike Wednesday night. The details for canceling the alert are unknown at this point.

Purcell - An Amber Alert continues for a 10-year-old Purcell Girl. Authorities in McClain County say Jamie Bolin has been missing since going for a ride on her bike Wednesday night. And, now they have released a sketch of the suspect and additional details that lead them to believe Jamie is in extreme danger.

Authorities say Bolin disappeared Wednesday afternoon while riding her bike Wednesday night near Purcell Middle School. Witnesses say they saw her getting into a dark blue Chevy Tahoe at about 3:50 p.m. Wednesday afternoon near the Purcell Library.

Jamie is described as a white female, 4-feet tall and 110 pounds. She has shoulder length red hair. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and either white shorts or blue jeans.

Police are now looking for a white male between 19 and 30 years of age driving that dark blue Chevrolet Tahoe with dark, tinted windows, large shiny wheels and a large "FOX" logo on the rear window. Other distinctive characteristics include black leather custom seats and headrests with the letters "K-C" on the back.

The vehicle has a partial license plate of "Z69" and may have damage to the right side front and rear doors.

Officials say the vehicle may contain the girl's bicycle, described as green with white grips and white tires.

Police believe Jamie may have met the man online and that he tried to persuade her to meet in person and she finally gave in.

"We're very concerned," said Purcell Police Chief David Tompkins. "There is a lot of time that has passed. He's had a lot of time to get where he's going to go. She's ten years old. You know, it doesn't look good. But, we're going to think positive."

Authorities say the online conversations the man had with Jamie were of a sexual nature and now they want everyone's help in finding him and bringing Jamie home safely. Anyone with information should call 911 or 1-877-OK-AMBER immediately.

Missing Oklahoma girl found dead
Suspect arrested after body found in his apartment

PURCELL, Oklahoma (CNN) -- Authorities said Friday night they plan to seek the death penalty against a suspect after the body of a missing 10-year-old girl was found in his apartment.

Kevin Ray Underwood, 26, will be charged with first-degree murder on Monday in the death of Jamie Rose Bolin, McClain County District Attorney Ray Kuykendall said.

Jamie was last seen Wednesday afternoon after leaving a library near her home. She had been the subject of an Amber Alert. Officials earlier said her body was found in an apartment near the one where she lived with her family.(Watch as police rope off the crime scene -- 3:30)

Although the investigation was in its early stages, and the body had not yet been formally identified, "we do strongly believe the body is that of our missing 10-year-old Jamie," said Purcell Police Chief David Tomkins.

Officials were releasing little information, citing the ongoing probe. But, Kuykendall said, "I have never, ever been involved ... in a death or a homicide that has been as atrocious and heinous and cruel as what I believe this little girl suffered before her death."

Underwood, who was arrested after he was stopped at a police checkpoint, has no apparent criminal history, Tomkins said.

Authorities were seeking search warrants for Underwood's apartment and vehicle, said Kim Carter, spokesman for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Initial indications were that the suspect acted alone, Carter said.

Initial reports were that the girl was last seen getting into a dark Chevrolet Tahoe outside the library. Authorities said late Friday they do not believe a Tahoe was involved in Jamie's disappearance, but they said they were looking into the report.

"There may be another suspect out there, a sexual predator," Kuykendall said. "They're still following up on that."

Purcell is about 35 miles south of Oklahoma City.

The parents shouldn't be shot - I'm not even going to point my fingers at the parents. No parent can monitor their child 24/7. The person to blame is the guy who took the little girls life away from her.

As much as I can't stand parents who let their kids roam the streets... the more info that comes out on this case, the more that it seems that the dad did not let Jamie "run the streets"... and when she was using the computer, it was from the library.

There is no way these parents should be blamed... this monster had this planned for a while and unless someone was with her 24/7 holding her hand, it was unavoidable... and if it wasn't her, it would have been someone else.

I have about a million feelings on all of this, but first and foremost, the family is certainly not to blame.... NO ONE deserves to have something like this happen to their child... even if their kids do run the streets.
