Relist and leave neg. feedback...or leave neg feedback on the LAST day. Definatel file with ebay though. You can get credit..or offer it to a second chance bidder.

You should report because if this is a trend, they will be removed and unable to leave feedback.

Why would you send the items before payment was received (and cleared if by check or money order) espicaly if you kmew they had not paid 1 other person? Shame on you. I hoped you learned something from this. Why not make public (on this board) who they are so we can all beware? So sorry this happened to you. Bad things happen to nice people.

I wouldn't worry too much about the retaliatory feedback - others need to know this has happened. I would go ahead and do it and relist the items. Some people just don't take things on the internet seriously which hurts others.
