Ebay help please

I purschased some items off ebay and paid for them promptly after I won them. That was apx 21 days ago. My question is how long do I wait before questioning where they are? I did email the lady and she assured me she sent them out however she is very NEW to ebay and didnt use DC so I have no way of checking on the package to ensure she did indeed send them I paid $56 plus shipping through paypay. I think she's had more than enough time. Did you pay with Paypal or is there something else out there called Paypay? Paypal used to have a 30 day filing deadline for items not received that were paid for through their site. I would suggest filing a complaint to recoup your money in case the items never show. I don't know about you, but $56 is a LOT of money to be out. Maybe she did send them, but truth is you haven't received anything and she should have purchased DC. Better safe than sorry!

since you used paypal, you have 30 days (I think they may have changed the timeframe, but you have at least 30 days) so If you don't have your stuff by the 29th day, file a claim w/ paypal. If the items arrive you can always cancel the claim, but if they don't you would be covered.

File a claim and then if you do recieve the item you can cancel the claim. Do not cancel the claim until you get the item though. I made the mistake of filing a claim once on and then when they emailed me with some sob story I canceled it and of course I did not get the item.
