Many of you know the story. Megan 13 my dau, who is a high functioning autistic also has lupus. She has been sick now for 2 wks. Her blood work came back that she has mono. Her spleen is enlarged so she can't ride the horse,basket ball etc. She really feels bad. Please pray for her and me so I will have patience to take care of her. Thanks, anyone one else had mono???

I'm sorry she's not feeling well. :( When I was in middle school there was a girl that had mono. I remember her being absent for about a week. I think they called it the kissing disease. lol I don't know if they still do or not. I don't really know anything about it other than it's supposed to make you feel real tired.

I hope she starts to feel well soon...

I had mono when I was 15 and it SUCKED! My throat hurt so bad I couldn't even eat baby food :(

If her throat is bothering her you might try some cough drops. They make lollipop ones for kids now. That's what I give my son. My grandmother swears by salt water.

i am megan auntie, ang in nc sis, please keep both in your prayers, megan is allways in pain and angie's hands are so full, overflowing really. please keep them lifted up, love ya angie and megan!
