Is this a ptr program or a rewards program like Mypoints? And do they pay? :)

Its sort of like mypoints, however it builds cash instead of points. they do send emails and you can sign up for free stuff. Also shop through them to earn more money. The only draw back is you have to earn like $30 bucks before you can cash out.
