Simplicity Inc. recalled Aspen 3-in-1 Cribs (model number 8740KCW SC; serial number 2803 SC to 1605), sold under the Graco trademark. Screws on the wooden mattress support can come loose, posing a suffocation hazard to young children.

Thank you so much I have one of those. I moved since I purchased it and have not updated the registration information. My baby is only 8 months old. I have noticed that I have to tighten it at least once a month but I thought it was from my 4 year old rolling it around. Thank you so much for posting this.

Thanks for the post! I have the Aspen 4 in 1 with the metal mattress supports, but my SIL has the recalled one. I will have to let her know.
