PCH points

Has any one gotten their last gift certificate from pch points since they made their announcement. I redeemed for amazon
gift certificates on nov. 18 and have not gotten them yet. I emailed them a few days ago and they have not answered, Now I am having problems getting into their site.

I emailed them after the 1st of the year regarding my GC I had ordered early in Nov. They said all redemptions made by 1/15 would be sent out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

They told me it was sent though I never received it. Nothing they can do.In other words: toobad, so sad.

Mine hasn't came yet. Maybe now that it is past the 15 they will send them out. I hope.

I ordered mine on Nov 19th and have not received them. It says it is still processing. I've also emailed them but received no response. Probably spent all those years for nothing...

If it matters I got my LUCKYPOINTS today (same situation). I had many points remaining in both. Anyone have suggestions on all the points we lost???? :confused:

I got an email yesterday from pch that said they were sending out my Amazon gift certificate that day. It is now the day after and it hasn't shown up in my email account. Wonder if they are snail mailing it?

coastie, I also cannot get into the site. I received the same email from PCH saying they mailed it, but nothing showed up in my email so I am guessing that they are mailing via usps which is weird because wouldn't it be faster if they just email it. If they did mail it, I hopefully should receive it by next week or I'll try what HoustonGal said and call them up.

I just checked my email and they emailed the GC today with a message apologizing for the delay. Hope you all get your rewards.

I got my Walmart GC yesterday. It was ordered on 11/20.

Be careful with GC snail mail. It will lookk like junk mail since it doesn't have you name on it and anyone can spend it. Be sure you open every letter you get no matter what. I just about tore up 35 dollar GC. :eek:

I got an e-mail on January 30th and received my $25 "CASH" check in the mail Friday. I also go my Lucky Points "CASH" check some time ago. I feel really fortunate that I got them so quickly.

I hope you all get yours soon.

I think we've lost the points. I was only 100 pts. away from cashing out when they stopped. I don't like but I can't see us doing anything about it. Hubby's acct. was only around 40 pts. from a gc. He's really not happy about it. :eek:
