For the first time I did not get my usual 3000 points yesterday. I pinged film and got 4 reqest timed out messages. This means the problem belongs to film. I email this information to tech support at ifilm. I have an avi of the report and put it on my webpage but it won't show as a image, and I can't post it here. I have a lot to learn.
