Has anyone ever had problems with them getting their rewards? I haven't in the past. I signed up back in November for a gift certificate and still haven't gotten it. I have emailed the contact person and no response. It said 48-72 hours but I have sent 3 emails. I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with them.

wow never had that sort of problem other than the getting back to my emails (for not getting points). I hope you get it sorted out soon because they are usually not that slow at all I cashed out in the middle of Dec and already got my check

I've always gotten Amazon gift certificates with my lightspeed panel points and always had to wait about four weeks (which sucks) for an email. Now you want someone quick - use testspin.com. I logged in today, saw I had $12 (you need at least $10 to get an amazon gc), cashed in and in about 10 minutes or less, I had my gc in email.

i always get amazon GC's from them i think the last one took about a week to get and that was in nov.

I've only had a problem w/them once. I emailed "Lauren" and received my gc w/in 72 hours of writing to her. I would email and see if you get a response. Good luck. I wouldn't give up on Lightspeed. They are great to send surveys, quick to award pts. to your acct., send out payments.

I am waiting for two checks, one from November 23rd and one from December first. This is the longest I have ever waited for checks and I am emailing right now. THANKS for the reminder!

My confirmation email says the checks will arive in 3-4 weeks and it is WAY beyond that now.

On Nov 26th I cashed out for an amazon gc and a check.I got the amazon gc within 2-3 days and today I finally got my check.

Cashed out for a check once, it never arrived emailed consistently and never heard a response back. I stopped that one after that incident.

I still have not gotten my two checks nor have a received a response from Lightspeed regarding the inquiry. Just like booker'sbaby24, I could use any suggestions that might help us get our rewards. THANKS!

THis is why I don't participate with them anymore. I am always getting emails asking to participate in "polls". Forget it! It is a total waste of time. I had a dispute with my points at one time as well. Hope you get your money. You may want to go to voilition.com to see if anyone else has problems. This website has great resources to surveys, secret shopping etc.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, Freebeemom! I will check it out asap..and it is good to know that others have had problems as well. I had another problem last year with points NOT being credited and they never got back to me about that either. I am gonna search for a phone number to call, maybe that will help? Once I get paid, I am done!

I still have heard nothing. I have received 2 surveys from them but decided not to even bother if she wouldnt respond.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks now for a 2000 point credit in my account. I was told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get credited for a focus group survey....it wasnt even a focus group just a really really long survey and when I sent an email responding to Lauren about it I never heard anything back even though I now email here at least once a week :(

So far I have had no problems with them sending my rewards or crediting my account with my points earned. I hope this doesn't become a new thing with them. :confused:

I dont think of myself as a quiter by nature but I give up on this program... was great and then went way down hill and I dont intend to go with them
