I had it. Norton couldnt get rid of it. I downloaded the cleaner and ran it, it said it was gone, Norton kept giving me pop ups that said I had it and it couldnt be cleaned. I finally had to delete Nortons, download AVG and Ad Aware, and they got rid of it, I guess. I am now scanning every night when I get done.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I happen to have Norton and it isn't doing squat. Ad-aware can't seem to find it. I will try this link.

I did a search and found a forum where others were having problems with this. Some said they used spy sweeper and that got rid of it. Others said they tried it and it worked. You do have to buy it but there is a free trial on there so use the free trial. Someone on the other forum said they did that.
I have never used the site so I can't say if it is good or not.

You are all so helpful. Thank you so much. I used the symantec link and it seems to have gotten rid of it. My computer is not dragging as much. Thanks again.
