I thought someone on here had a problem with their Victoria Secret bra having the wire come out and poking them. Well I recently returned three VS bras for that reason and got a new bra for one and store credit for the other two. They are guaranteed forever.
I asked the clerk when I took my coupon in for 5 dollars off a new bra if the one I had on was guaranteed cause the wire was coming out. She said they were always quaranteed. I told her it was an old bra and I had washed it in the washer. She said I should hand wash them but it didn't matter she would still exchange it.
Then I took my other two bras in to another VS store and asked about the quarantee. The clerk had to call the manager to ask but I told her the other store exchanged it for me. The second store gave me store credit for the two bras sale price since they did not know what they had cost to begin with but hey those bras were three or four years old so that was fine with me.
You should try it. They were very nice with me but I have bought about six bras from them so far and other things. You may have to be a regualr customer but it doesn't hurt to try. Good luck.
