A question about milesource

I have finally acquired some points and was checking the award selections. When I clicked through the milesource awardcenter there were no awards to select at any value!!!!! Anyone else? I was about to cash out for a code but glad I didnt if they have nothing to select.

It could have been that the site was "goofy" when you tried. I just went over there and the awards are there now. Of course, my experience is that it takes forEVER to get the awards from them. Good luck.

You are right about taking them FOREVER to get you your gift certificate. That is why I stopped shopping through them. They are getting as bad as Memolink use to be. At least Memolink kept telling us to hang in there. Milesource just takes an eternity and says nothing. It is 6 months since I have put in my request for a $25 Dennys and when I email them all they keep saying is that it is on back order. How long can something be on back order?
