Is anyone having trouble logging into Milesource?

I still cannot login...anyone else having the same problem?? Tried retrieving password and everything else I can think of.

I had the same problems for several days. Then one day I asked Milesource to send my password to me. They sent an email right away and I noticed that Milesource had changed my USERNAME to all lower case letters. I know it was not that way when I signed up because I keep good records. Since signing in the way Milesource thinks I should I haven't had any problems. Hope this works for everyone.
