I don't know where you live in Oklahoma, but a lot of the places here in Tulsa (including hospitals) will play music in the room to help you stay calm.

you are in my prayers too. stay calm and find a "favorite place" to send your mind to, and you will be fine.

mine is my grandmas fruit orchard, I used to have to watch for birds when the fruit was ripe, and it was very calming, still is in my mind. it was 40 years ago for me, lol.

Thank you guys for the well wishes and prayers. I really need all of them LOL. I have 2 1/2 hrs before the MRI and I am trying not to think about it. Althrough I'm sitting here shaking like I swallowed a vibrator LOL I know it will be over in no time but it still scares the crap outta me. Then next monday the dr will decide what to do about it. God I pray I don't have to have surgery. Never have had any and hope to keep it that way. Crossing fingers.toes and eyes lol
