Okay, I was looking at the Burger King/Amazon prizes to see what the odds were and I found this (look at the bold):
Every Cash Card is eligible for U.S. $1 in Amazon Credit (in the U.S.) or CDN $1 in Amazon Credit (in Canada). Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question online to be eligible to redeem the Amazon Credit. In Canada, the CDN $1 Amazon Credit is a prize. Cash Cards will be randomly distributed. Above stated odds are based upon the probability of obtaining a specific prize amount and are calculated as of the commencement of the Game based on 18,000,000 official Cash Cards available for distribution. LIMIT: One (1) major prize ($100 - $10,000 in Amazon Credit) per person, household or Amazon.com account (Amazon.ca account in Canada).
Is this normal? Why would they need to answer a math skills question to redeem a prize???
