Vow Renewal...need info

My husband and I will be married 10 years this Sept and we want to renew our vows. Has anyone done this or does anyone know the proper etiquette regarding all aspects of this? We would also like to inlude our children in this if possible...they are 3 and 4.

Any help, comments, ideas or suggestions are VERY appreciated!

My husband and I renewed our vows at our 25th anniversary and basically...anything goes. There are no etiquette guidelines for this. Just do what you want and the ceremony will be special. Absolutely...if you can include your children that would be beautiful.

Hubby and I had a very large anniversary party and renewed our vows there. Our music pastor performed the "ceremony". He had some informal comments he had prepared and read some pertinent verses from scripture. Hubby and I had our own "vows" we said which were basically just telling each other what we have meant to the other.

Then our friend repeated the marriage vows with phrases like, "Will we still honor and love each other...etc."
