I was at the E R last night and found out that I have a pulled muscle in my lower back. I am currently laying flat on my back using the laptop. I am on a pain med but it does not completely help the pain. I have to be able to walk without to much pain by Saturday for my sons graduation so I am asking all my BBS family (yes I consider all of you family) to say a little pray for me.
Thanks and Take Care,
Ellen

Have someone go to wal-mart and get you a jar of Mineral Ice. Someone on here told me about this stuff and its great. I have a messed up shoulder and I am waiting on some assistance so I can get it looked at. This stuff helps with the pain. Its about seven dollars for a jar but money well spent. My sis pulled a muscle in her leg and I put some on it and she was amazed at how fast it works

Honey, you have my prayers. I have had 4 back surgeries so I know what back pain is like and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy ( well there is one person I MIGHT wish it on...LOL J/K). Hope you get to feeling better real soon!

Said a prayer for you, right now though pay close attention to that pain, its also a symptom of certain things like if the pain shoots down your back and then wraps itself around to the front of the upper thigh it could be a ruptured disk so if your back pain does not get well soon please go get an MRI, by the time they found mine the disk had basically deteriorated a lot and I had a great deal of nerves damage, currently the disk is completely gone so I am in constant pain but my point is pay attention and get the help you need now so that this does not happen to you about the only way they can be sure is an MRI. so plese demand one if you feel it is necessary. Take care, Good Luck and congrats on your son's graduation.
