You may not have noticed lately, but one of the side-scroll advertisers,(www.findromance.com)-a dating site] has a few very suggestive ads with scantily-clad models. I have a few ad-blocking programs, these seem to ooze through. If these are offensive to you, I suggest you let the powers that be know your opinion. For the past year I was under the opinion that this was a family-friendly site, lately I'm not sure. I certainly didn't expect to find their ads on a religious forum.

I emailed Alex about it when others complained but he isn't answering any email, not even to the mods I understand. That is why Kat quite being a mod. Who knows what's happening. ???????????
I saw some porn on another freebie site and emailed the "mayor" of the site. He answered me right away and wanted to know where I found it. He certainly didn't want it on his site. PM me for the addy. I have lots of friends on here but there are other sites to go to.

No matter how much complaining we all do it won't change things. Alex is the owner of this site and he is the one that puts the ads up. He's trying to generate money off of the ads. I personally would never click on an ad like that but I guess there are some that would. He's out to make money and doesn't care about anything else.

Yes... As I was reading the posts there was a woman in a bikini top and mini skirt with "I'm Lonely" tatooed on her belly. I had no idea we had a "higher" power to tell we didn't like this! How do we tell him? I never plan on clicking on anything like that either, but having it on my screen is something else. I certainly don't want to have a "stumbling block" on my screen for my husband, or want my CHILDREN to see this! I didn't even notice but there's another one up top with a woman's chest ONLY... No face or rest of the body. Now what does THAT say?
Is anyone else a part of www.onemillionmoms.com or www.onemilliondads.com? If not, check it out! AWESOME organization that GETS STUFF DONE! Because of them, and of course the letters/emails of the members like me, we got lots of companies to pull sponsorship from Desperate Housewives, and many other "things."
P.S. The ad underneath says "No Passing Gas Zone." LOL

There really isn't anyone here at BBS that we can complain to about the ads. The owner of this site is the one that puts up those ads. At one time this board was said to be family orientated but I don't think that's true anymore. lol
