I saw something on the news about this. I am in PA and yes the drivers here are not the best. People come here alot from Jersey and NY and there driving leaves alot to be desired as well. We went to Indiana over Memorial Day when we came back home it seemed like as soon as we hit PA the nuts were on the road. My husband even commented I can tell we are back in PA.
So that report isn't to surprising to me.
