Maybe he's afraid of you!!!!
j/k ;) Couldn't resist! :D
Seriously though I would call UPS and report him. Sounds like he needs a different job.

I would report him too, but I would insist on remaining anonymous. Whose to say this guy isn't some stalker that would retaliate against you? He knows where you live, he knows at least some of your schedule. Knows if you are home alone or not. Procede with caution, maybe get documentation of his behavior, have a neighbor report him if you could.

I totally agree with Jody!!
I had a UPS guy who used to drop off my neighbors packages at my house cause he was afraid of their dog. BUt that is a way different story. LOL
Personally I would report him and explain "the whole" story to the company, including the stopping on the road and watching you.
LOL I just have to ask this though. :o You weren't nude sun bathing were you?? LMBO (If that is the case then he might have a reason to be gawking LOL) :D ;) :)

BE CAREFUL. Check all your doors and windows to see if they are locked and safe then check them to see they remain that way.
Do a search on BTK. He killed seven woman in my community and he ended up being the dog catcher and had access to lots of people's property. He could walk around and no one would be suspicious since he had a city uniform on. This could be the same thing with UPS. Sometimes they put packages on the back porch when people are not home so people seeing them going into someone's back yard would't get suspicious.

I'd report him too he took the job knowing you have to know who lives where or quit being a man and ask for directions! second if he wants someone to deliver the packages for him cause hes too lazy then tell him to give you half his pay if youre going to be a part time delivery person.also the watching you part is too eerie.especially if you have kids(maybe thats what hes watching for?) nowadays who knows but Id report it asap.

And here http://www.ksn.com/news/btk.html
Go here. Not to alarm you but this is how this guy acted. He got obsessed with one woman who lived alone and stopped by her house a lot. When her boyfriend moved in he started to harrass her about all kinds of little things and said things would be better if her boyfriend didn't live there. Then he took her dog and said he found it running loose. He killed the dog. After that she moved out. She got so scared of his weird behavior she had to just move to get away. She said if he killed her dog she didn't know what he would do next. And no, the city did nothing to him. They just said he was doing his job even though he was a little too strict about things. GEESH. They always believed him.

Well call me paranoid... but before I reported anyone I would make sure I went to walmart and got some of those battery operated window and door alarms that screech real loud if they are opened... just in case... cause this guy DOES know parts of your life, a little of your schedule, if you are home alone when he delievers a lot or not always alone.

Once when I was at walmart I had security follow me to my car. sone guy was follwing me around me around asking me what my name was. I tried to shrug him off, but he wouldn't go away. Believe it or not, he even checked out behind me and did try to come to my car. I was glad I had them follow me.

I used to work for UPS and nothing this guy is doing is acceptable behavior. You need to report him first to the police and then to UPS. You could act concerned when you call like, the UPS man left a package for me to deliver and after doing it x amount of times someone told me I could be responsible if someone complains that they did not get their package. Is this true? Then it does not seem like you are being vicious but rather concerned. Do it without saying who you are or just be forthright since he is probably a whacko. I know our UPS takes complaints very seriously. He probably would not get fired since the union would fight for him and make you out to be the whacko that is why a police report &/oe order of protection is required. When he is gauking, see if someone can get it on video.
