I can't remember the last time I made pork chops, it was years, and years ago, because they always ended up dried and tough. I was given some pork loin chops(no bone), and would like to do them breaded. Can someone tell me a way to do them, so they turn out tender, and moist, not tough and dry??? TIA :)

I use Shake and Bake when I bake Boneless pork chops.

tenderize with a meat hammer. Dip in egg (mixed in a bowl) and then in seasoned bread crumbs. Place on a baking pan/tray and put a small pat of butter on top of each piece . Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
we have pork chops at least once a month on my menu plan and my kids/dh love it. Dipped in applesauce of course. LOL

Me too, and they never come out dry. They are always very moist. If I don't have Shake and Bake I will dip them in seasoned bread crumbs. They don't taste as good as they do made with the Shake and Bake but I don't like them fried.
