Ok, for anyone that doesnt know --- I am the proud gramma of a 6 pack of Beagle puppies. We welcomed 3 boys & 3 girls into our family on 5/23.

Now we have to have names for them & we are all drawing a blank. So I thought what better way to get some names than from our online family from all over the country & possibly the world.

There is a prize to be awarded & it is the winners choice of 1 CD from yourmusic.com . Any 5.99 cd that they offer is available as the prize & it will ship directly to the winner.

his call name is Boozer (as in booze hound)

- massimo (just like the name)
- pokey (as in "pokey" dots)
- twinkles (again just like the name)
- einstein (because he created Einstein's general theory of relativity, which talks about black holes and they have black dots which look like black holes, lol)
- Baba (since the dad is wawa and the SNL character that Gilda Radner played was baba wawa (barbra walters))
- picasso or michaelangelo (because they look like paint splattered on them)
- Oreo (since I saw in your name you wanted an oreo and they are black and white like oreos, lol)
- bangles (lol bangles the beagle just sounds cute)
- Elvis or Priscilla (since his dad is a (booze) hound dog...cryin' all the time)
- Shiloh (there is a movie about a beagle called that :))
- Carmel (since you said they get tan as well :))

The registered names will be the choice of their new parents.

*about their coloring, tri color beagles (thats what these guys are) are born black & white, their tan fur comes in later. But there always is a chance that they may not get any tan at all.

I was thinking along the lines of Snoopy also, but maybe characters from the actual comic strip--Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, Lucy, Peppermint Patty, etc.

I had three beagles at one time--Peanuts, Trixy, and Barnie.
