Ok, I know what to look for. It's either the fan or the capacitor or possibly both. I have some basic information on how to fix it. Has anyone else fixed their air conditioner and is it difficult or can I do it if I just take my time? It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult but I could use some ideas and some personal experience information.
