I sold some home interior candles on ebay april 26th. the winning bidder
was new, ie her first win. Anyway i have sent her three emails contacting her,
exp. where to send payment, that type of thing. And no reply, no payment,
nothing. Tonight i sent her another one saying i would have to contact ebay
if i did not hear from her by friday. I feel i have given her plenty of time, since
she was new. How long should i give her? I have never had this happen. I have only sold a few items on ebay, but everyone always responds with a day or two. So any suggestions??

Considering today is May 11th it seems like you have given her more than enough time to respond to you. If you let ebay know they will send her a non paying bidder warning. I think after she has so many they will close her account.

auction ended 4/28. she has had way more than enough time. most people expect payment atleast by 10 days and if not atleast some type of correspondence letting the seller know when they intend to pay. she needs a NPB filed on her, especially if she is not responding to emails.

10 days is pretty standard to wait. For future sales, put in there that payment is expected in 10 days, you should be able to leave NPB if they do not respond in that time period.

Yup,.. I would file a NPB & attempt to get my final value fees back. Can you sell it again to a SECOND CHANCE OFFER?

thanks everyone, i hated to have to do anything, like taking action. But
i feel i have given her more than enough time. I am a very honest and fair
person, so this one stumped me. But i will be contacting ebay tonight.

I also think you have waited long enough. You said this was her first win. Maybe she was just playing around and never thought she would actually win the auction and have to do something.
She needs to find out that this isn't a game.
