View Full Version : Anyone know the best way to get a Pro Bono Lawyer?

I need to get a lawyer for my custody and child support case and have tried Legal Aide for over 1yr now with no help. Does anyone have any suggestions for getitng on in Utah??

I know what you are going through. My ex is $22,000 behind in child support and i can't get anything done. Try going to several lawyers office if they have free consultation and see if they will take your case and charge it to your ex or even take a percentage fee out of the child support. Thats is the only thing i can think of. Good luck to ya.

Hate to say it, but good luck in Utah. That's where my child support case started. Not sure what Co. you're in, I was in St. George. When I got my divorce, even though I was "low income", they still wanted all the $$ up front.
