I am so lonely........

I donno why but I am so lonely. I feel alone. I feel empty and hurting inside. I am discouraged and maybe even a little depressed. I can not stop crying.. What is wrong with me??

Oh, Sweetie, maybe you are just having a bad day?? If this is something that has been going on for a while, maybe it is a hormone change? Here is what I do when I start feeling lonely and blue- I put on a Cd like Sade or Toni Braxton, sing along with the sad songs and just cry like a baby. I allow myself ONE half hour to feel sorry for myself. Then I try to focus on what I have that is good -instead of feeling sorry for myself cause I am alone, I look at it like this - I can eat cheerios for dinner cause I don't have to think of anyone but me! For me, The secret to peace and happiness in my life came when I decided that if I couldn't have what I wanted, then I would want what I have. Also, I learned being alone is NOT the same thing as being lonely. hope it get better for you!{{{{{HUGS**********

Is this a situational thing? If its something that will go away if your situation changes, it'll be alright. But if this is something that's been happening, you may have clinical depression, which does not go away on its own.

I'd suggest calling your doctor to rule out anything physical.

I've been there so many times. As a matter of fact, I'm there today. You aren't alone in this, and you don't have to suffer.

How long have you been feeling sad? If it has been going on for awhile, please think about seeing a doc for a possible prescription for an antidepressant. Have you had any major changes in your life recently? (((Hugs)))

aaaaaaaaawwwwwwwww sweetie how sad for you. Everyone has those days, is there anything you can do you get out and do something good for yourself, even if it is walking thought the mall or something

*hugs* I am having one of those weeks too. :( I don't know what is wrong w/ me either and I'm hoping for a better week. I think it has a lot to do w/ me going back to see my family and friends and then I realized how much I miss them b/c I don't have those relationships out here and it's really hard. :( I hope you feel better soon. :(
