Hi! Remember when FWS (thanks OP!) posted the car survey that paid paypal, but a lot of eligible people could not get in, because survey was over?
I found out from their message board how to register for their mystery shopping, and online surveys:

You may simply submit a mystery shopper application with our company at:

https://www.imyst.com/register.asp

All mystery shoppers are eligible for customer surveys and available mystery shopping assignments in their area(s).
(Their answer is posted verbatim here.) If you have no idea what I am talking about, let's just say this is a chance to register with a new company. TY, Joy
