i took firefox off mine completely, but i cannot use yahoo messanger to search for anything and cant even get my collapse game to open  i liked it because it was faster. i just didnt like the searches how it wouldnt keep one thing open and go to another. like i used to be able to keep big open and go search for something else and not interfere but not with firefox wouldnt keep both open. anyway i deleted all firefox off and even restored my comp and still not doing right. will figure out eventually I HOPE  lol

Why couldn't you just go into add / remove programs and uninstall it from there?

i did but for some reason my yahoo search still wouldnt work right after that. my comp is junk anyway (at least seems that way) i even had to go in and change the date on my comp for it would do a system restore back far enough to fix everything back to normal. so i honestly dont know what went wrong
