Employment bonding

Can anyone tell me what is involved in bonding for employment purposes? I have an interview Monday that if I get the job, I will have to be bonded. What are the requirements for that? Just so I will know if its even worth it to go through the 3 hour test on Monday. Thanks in advance for any help.

I had applied for a job once that required their employees to be bonded. What that means is that the employer pays insurance against the risk of theft. I believe they do a criminal background check and possibly a credit check.

Background check, I should be able to pass with no problem....Credit check... :( Im positive I wont pass that.
