I am making teriyaki chicken with red & green peppers, onions, broccoli,water chesnuts, snow peas over brown rice.

Raspberries and cream for dessert :D

Fixing Mur a special dinner today. Grilling NY strips, baked taters, salad, fresh baked yeast rolls and leftover chocolate bundt cake topped with smashed strawberries and a dollop of cool whip. 3 others are joining us too.

I have spaghetti sauce simmering right now, it should be done by six, french bread, salad, and pineapple upside down biscuits for dessert.

The night before I marinate the chicken ( I use breast tenders cut into bite size chunks) in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, water,sugar and garlic.
I leave it in overnight.

Then I take all my veggies and cut them however I choose and while my chicken is sauteing in a wok, I saute the veggies in a second wok in some olive oil until crisp tender.

I mix the veggies and chicken together and serve over white or brown rice.

We're having a quick dinner tonight since we have to go out. Kolbasi and mashed potatoes. Unless someone here wants to invite me to dinner. ;) Everyone's dinners sound good.

Went to the church for the annual Shamrock Festival and had a potatoe from the potatoe bake with all the toppings on it and pecan pie......which i will pay for later..lol

I made a turkey breast with mashed potoes and corn.

we had beef stew and homemade rolls. Banana bread for dessert (my hubby's favorite!)

i had a housewarming party for my daughter, and we had baked chicken and stuffing, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, baked ziti and meat balls, pizza, rice, little empanadas from the spanish bakery, chips and dip, ritz cracker sticks and, spinach dip and bread, salad, cake from publix, and flan
