PointPool has gotten terrible with crediting points and sending out GCs. I've had to email them to get credited for almost everything I've purchased through them in the last 6 months. I've been waiting over 2 months to receive a $25 GC to Circuit City. Last year I made a purchase at Drugstore.com for over $100 and I never got credited the points, even after emailing them and talking with them by phone. They claim Drugstore.com never verified my purchase. I wouldn't shop through them at all except they are the only reward program that I know of that you can shop through for bookcloseouts.com, and lanebryantcatalog.com, where I make a lot of purchases. They started out as a good program but they really went downhill.

They use to be pretty good. I am waiting on a paypal payout since 11/24/04. I need to order new contacts but I doubt that it will be thru them this time, last time they didn't credit me. I guess I will try to email them and see what they say.

I dropped this program. It's unreliable and horrible. I've been waiting on my points to post since April '04. (Which never did post, btw). I've made a vow to myself to quit right after I received my last prize redemption, which took a LONG, LONG time to receive. After numerous of unanswered emails, I knew it was time for me to move on and forget about PP.

bookcloseouts.com and lanebryantcatalog.com can be found in other reward programs like quickrewards. With them you will get paid within a few hours after request. You can also find them on other rewards programs too I think. Check out sdrawer.com for the list.

I reported them to the boycott site just last week. I've been waiting on points to be credited from 5/23/04 and 11/22/04. They won't even answer emails. The last email I received from them, they told me it takes their creditors a long time to send their confirmations. I said "eight months". I just don't believe it!!

I wrote 3 days ago:

I think our orders should stay posted until fulfilled. There was some comfort in seeing it posted as "not yet filled". Now that's it's gone I'm worried. How much longer will it be?

An answer came today:
