Does anyone have the mailing address to send the miles to renew the card for the $25.00? It had an envelope enclosed, but I have lost it.

I didn't know they were doing that again! I still have the card from the last time. Of course, I don't smoke anymore (2 years quit), but my mom smokes Marlboro's and will give me the miles if I ask for them!

Does anyone have any further details on this promo? Thanks!

can't find the address with my stuff but I checked on www.50reward.com and you can try to call the number and ask them, it's 1-866-50-reward. Sorry I couldn't find the address.

Jkatherine if the card you have is the $10 one from a few months ago you can send in 125 miles and they will reload it with $25.00. Not sure what the deadline though.
