Can someone please explain to me exactly how this site works in laymans terms about opening an account and pay-offs and stuff like that? I have been there, read that, and I am now asking for help. Any and all info will be greatly appreciated. TY

Not sure if this helps squirt but here goes..........
you open a paypal account with your email addy and personal info.....
then when you sign up for PTR sites you choose paypal with that email addy as your payout preference.

If you want you can verify your paypal acct. with your checking acct. and then you can transfer your funds into your acct. and you get the cash.....
if you don't verify then you can shop at lots of places on the net and pay with your paypal funds.
