Can someone explain Caribbean Cash?

I have a question about some changes she made. She was talking about how people are only going to get $10 and the other $10 be put back in their account. Can someone explain this process to me. I have been waiting to cashout, but if I am not going to see it...I might as well give it up now.

My name is on the Tropical Mails list from August requesting $35. Jami has returned all but $10 to everyone's accounts (those who redeemed prior to that Admin notice) and as $$ comes in for advertising she is paying the $10 per your profile (PayPal, EGold, etc.).

You can redeem now for whatever you are eligible, but don't expect to received it anytime soon. There are still members waiting from July 2004 who have not received payout.

I believe Jami, the WM for both Caribbean Cash and Tropical Mails, is trying to do her best, but she is struggling with earning enough to pay members. Check the forums (http://www.tropicalmails.com/forum/) for updates.
