Do you still buy VCD to watch?

Do you mean VCR? We only buy DVD's. We do still have a VCR but we never use it and only have maybe 1 or 2 tapes left anyway.

We still buy VCR tapes. Though I believe DH and the boys prefer DVDs.

I buy dvds mostley, I will buy vcr tapes for tori once in a while. She can put those in by herself in her room :) lol

we buy both, we're building our DVD collection so thats mostly what it is now.

But when I buy VHS tapes, its usually for the kids. That way they dont ruin the DVDs.

I have all the disney on VHS but besides that its all dvds, I cant stand rewinding anymore!

So everyone send me all your old VCR tapes. LOL. I have been buying them for cheap. I really don't know what is so hot with DVD. They jump around if scratched and I have rented some that are, They may have added features but only one interested me enough to care. Most just show the same scenes over again, Whoopee,

I've bought allot of the VCD's (Video CD's) off of ebay. Depending on how they were recorded some are as clear as a regular DVD. The last person I bought some off of on ebay were crystal clear! I just wish I knew how he got them so sharp.

Folks, just want to point out that VCD's and VCR tapes are 2 totally different things. If you will look at your DVD players most of you will see a logo that say Video CD (VCD's) as one of the media that is accepted. :)
