I'm in Ohio and I know they are calling for snow. So far its just been raining here all day. Weather channel is calling for 1-3 over night with another 1-3 tomorrow.....with another inch tomorrow evening. I'll believe it when I see it.

Ran to the grocery today after picking up DD from school, just needed to pick up some Diet Mt Dew and stuff to make some chili..... I should of known better to hit the grocery today... everybody and their brother was in there, talk about insanity! Here when they mention snow people freak out and think they need to shop for the mother of all snow storms... just drives me ccrazy when I run in for a few things and end up there forever!

I personally don't think the snow will amount to much... kids are praying for a snow day..... told them not to hold their breath seeing how in the past 5 years I think we have had a total of 3 no school days. 1 for snow, 1 for extreme cold and the other one for some type of water pumping issue that ended up not effecting the schools at all. Our city crew kicks butt when it comes to getting our roads clear.

The last I heard (around lunch) is that they are calling for 3 to 5 inches here, with the snow starting tonight and continuing into tomorrow. Some counties over toward the east are going to get more. I think they said 5 to 8 inches for them.

rlynn I was one of those people out in the stores today too. I had to pick up some milk for the kids and the stores were packed!

lilo, are you in Ohio too?

Tasha, I am in Hilliard.... which is the Columbus area. Next time they even think we may bet snow and they are metioning that in advance I am picking up those odds and ends items ahead of time.

Guy at Krogers said they have been packed since 8 a.m. this morning!

I think I know where that is. I believe I've seen a exit for it off of one of the major highways around Columbus. ;)

I'm up in Marion. :)
