spam control, how to turn it off

My spam control is grabbing things that I don't want in there. Is there anyway to turn the spam control off? It is grabbing my free cycle notices randomly. I have AOL. Thanks anyone..

If you open your mailbox and look to the lower right it will say Spam Controls. Click on it and it will take you to your Spam controls. You should be able to do something from there. Hope this helps.
