How Long Have You Been Waiting for your FreeRide Reward?

I cashed out in early December and have not yet received my GC. I also cashed again about two weeks ago. The first time I cashed out(October, 2004) I only waited three weeks. Unfortunately FreeRide does not answer my emails and this worries me a bit.

Anyone have any rewards pending over the 3-4 week time period it is supposed to take(posted on their site) to get the reward? THANKS! :confused:

I cashed out for 3 Amazon.com gcs on Dec 17th and still have not received my rewards either. This is the first time I have ever cashed out.

I cashed out for an Amazon gc on December/17th/04. I recieved it in the mail today.

I cashed out for a $50 wal mart on 12/17/04 and nothing. I will give it another 2 weeks.

I redeemed the points for 2 Amazon gift certificates on Dec 3 & 8, and got them on Jan 9. I also redeemed for another one on Dec 22, but have still not received it.

I got my wal-mart gc today from 12/29 I am still waiting for my movie certificates for 12/22.

So here is a question that maybe someone can answer. IF some of us do NOT get our rewards soon, HOW do we get in touch with FreeRide about them? I have written three times and am yet to get a response. Is there a phone number we can all? :confused:

I've been trying to find a phone # for them for a while now. I'm still waiting for a Amazon GC from August, although I did receive an Amazon I ordered in November(still waiting on one ordered 12/17). All the numbers I've found are either disconnected, or a wrong #. I've e-mailed them at least 10 times and have never gotten a reply.

Yes!!! I received my $25 GC for Walmart Yesterday 2/2/05. I had requested it on Dec 17.04. :)

My mother, son and I all cashed out during December (between 12/19 and 12/31), and we each got our gift cards today (2/03).

I just got my 2 $50 Walmart cards one ordered on 12/10 and one on 12/27 today 2/4 :)
They did respond to my e-mail last week saying it was taking them longer to get the rewards sent out with all the increase in business they have had.
