that you have decided to not take there items that you had them give a total price on?I hate to make people feel bad and say no but i have a few times so i am wondering what you guys say

Honesty is the best policy. Maybe something along the lines of no thank you. Most will not be hurt or upset, but appreciative that you got back with them. Especially the traders here on this board, I would say 99% of them are great traders.
