anybody doing the sanitary napkin study?

i recieved a box of sanitary napkins with a form survey to fill out . It says I can not be paid until I fill it out. My question is does anybody out there know what this survey is worth? I believe this cam e from greenfieldonline?

I received the same one, I remember thinking that it was going to be cleaning supplies and then at the end it said the sanitary part.
I didn't realize it was worth any money but if it's a dollar then I'm happy with that. ha ha.

I have done a pantyliner study a couple of times but it was for ACOP I think. Anyway, that study paid $4.00. I know this info might not help, but then again it might....LOL

I was supposed to get the greenfield study and filled out the form, but never recieved anything, but that doesn't surprise me at all.

I looked over mine again when I got home and it didn't say anything about getting paid. ??? I got an email verifying shipment and a link to the survey.

I did just get mine yesterday so maybe they are still on their way.
