Pretzel Bomb 2005

On January 14th, 2005, we Americans who are furious with the current President will each send one grab-bag-sized bag of pretzels to the White House (just to show we care) at the following address:

The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500

Spread this message to every Bush-fearing person you know; post it on message boards, communities, etc. that you belong to.

i think instead, you shoul djust use the money that you would spend on the pretzels and the postage and put it in a good charity. if you are really against him, you could put it in a name that means something to your group. this way, somebody wins.

For those who would actually do this we know they are still in need of counseling for post-election trama. But I would believe lots of people are. Just where does all that hate go when the election is over?

The Dems ran a campaigh on hate Bush and now many people are left with the hate and no where to go with it except inside. :eek:

ITA!! I think this thread should have been put in V & W. But the mods have their handsfull at this time. It's my understanding that we aren't supposed to bash either party since it's about 50/50 Republican/Democratic here plus other affliations. We have the right to disagree but within decency and respect for other folks feelings.

I am sorry, but I fail to see the humor in that.

President or not, I think it is horrid that someone would wish any other person to die from choking on anything.

It seems to me that whoever came up with this idea has more time and money than they have common sense.

If you really wanted to send the President something funny, a book on parenting skills would fit that bill. Now that is funny.......hoping that he will die while choking on a pretzel is not.
