Online Bank that can be Paypal-verified

Does anyone know of an online bank that Paypal can use to verify a bank account?

I used to have a verified bank account with an online bank called Compubank, but when Netbank took them over, I lost my VERIFIED status.

I also would like to know this info.....I used my credit card and I thought that would make me verified but it didn't.
