I recently was looking at LTD and have ordered from thiem in the past. I was going thru things and adding to my cart--making a list for my son to pick out some stuff for his brother. Well I pressed the ok or what ever button and the order went thru. I didnt want to order the stuff yet, had to go thru and see what he wanted to pick. Well I realized what I did and I sent an e-mail right away to cancel. Grrr. They sent part of the order to me but showed a bunch of stuff canceled. I have to send this back and they want me to pay postage. RIGHT! I made the mistake of checking to see what they sent. This box was not taped it had those plactic tie things on it so I looked inside and then reclosed it and because I was stupid enough to look inside a package I didnt want I have to pay shipping. I sent an e-mail again to LTD and said that I refuse to pay shipping for something I didnt want and to send me a ARS sticker or a call tag. Now it is wait and see. Any suggestions?

We always call customer service and they send us a postage tag no problem. I don't know if that helps or not but I hope so. :) Number for customer service is 847-295-5532, of course its not toll free.. :rolleyes:

Don't open the pkgs and tell the mailman to send them back, that you didn't order anything :)

I had that SAME experience not too long ago with abcdistributing (same place really) ... they don't give you a chance to review anything! You click the button and you are done! I was shocked that, that happened!

I opened the package that is the problem UPS doesnt know if I took anything out or not so I was stupid about opening it. I will try that custome service number. Thanks for both of your help.
