anyone know what happened to his site....he already renegged on my son's cashout now cant find his site at all to even complain---maybe he deleted himself what a wonderful thought?! i appoligize i feel wierd tonight

No such luck. His site is dead. He says he will eventually pay as he receives the funds. He then started Quantum rewards or something and it is a search/click site but also a reward for purchase site. I remaind a member until he decided to pay people ahead of others for some reason. I have been waiting 2 years for payment from Mikes and if he is gonna pay who he wants ,when he wants instead of who is next in line then I do not need to be a member.

What ever you do, don't say anything negative about mike or his programs......he has stated over at his quantum rewards forum that he has spoken to several lawyers in several countries and they told him he does not have to pay anyone who says negative things about him.
I posted at his forums about waiting for payout for 2 years, then I was banned, when I asked why I was banned he said because I lied that there is no way I have been waiting 2 years....And he said I have not even requested payout, I have the payout request letter, sent it to him, but he won't even answer my emails.......LMAO

I have spoken to 7 different lawyers in 3 countries (USA, Canada and the UK) on this and i am within my legal right to not issue payment to anyone posting or writing libelous or damaging statements about me personally or my business. So i won't be.
I was under absolutely no legal obligation to even offer to pay anyone anything as soon as i dropped Mikes. But i did offer and i will make those payments. But i will not be paying anyone who writes libelous or damaging statements in public.

I wish people I owed would say negative things about me, then maybe I would not have to pay for my car, credit cards or house ;-)

here is what his girlfriend or whatever posted about me being banned:
perhaps if you weren't blatantly lying about waiting for TWO YEARS, you would have been treated the same as others.

i looked up your account based on your ip address here, and i have some news for you. NO ONE has been waiting for two years. i have personally taken the time to go through every single payout request on mike's computer. guess what? you don't even have a payout request on file.

also, based on the date you joined, you would have requested a payout of $150 only three months after the site was opened. based on your current balance and downline, your claim is utter bs.

if you want to be paid, you must first request payout.
this is BS, I HAVE been waiting 2 years, they are just looking for excuses to not pay. I do not know how they looked up my account by IP address, IP addresses change all the time, and I haven't logged into my account for months. They are such liars. I even asked them to look up my account by my IP address and delete it, but it's still there.

Yeah, like he's gonna pay us anyway. I have not waited 2 years but in Feb,2005 it will be, close enough for me. He also owns clickmonster or something and they haven't been getting paid either. I see a trend here. He makes a ton because he does not pay people. i wouldn't be surprised if those they have claimed to pay are made up, friends, relatives, etc. I'd like to know if anyone, who does not know the WM personally, have been paid. I doubt it. I would also bet that quantum-rewards closes in 2 years and they start something new, without paying those members. They can threaten not to pay me, big deal they were not gonna pay me anyway. NetSurfer and I are proof of that.

Has anyone been pd from Mike's I worked hard for close to 2 years to earn - cashed out over a yr. ago and have been waitiing. OKAY, i know no negative comments just the truth are we ever gonna get paid???? is there no recourse for webmasters that don't pay, how does he get advertisers if they don't pay the people supporting the site??? Also, I don't understand how he could press charges against people for saying negative things about the site, when it is all true. If people on this forum wouldn't have been bragging about how good the site was in the first place I wouldn't have wasted my time!

I tried quantum site to tell Mike he's a rat. Got an error page and could not find site on yahoo search.
Pleae let us know if he starts any other site so we don't waste our time.

he would have to prove in court that anything anyone said is libelous. Which would be next to impossible for him. If each member did the right thing and print screens to have proof of amounts owed, copies of each email requesting such, then in any court in the US in which he operates he would be made to pay. Lawyers in other countries dont' have the right to practice in this country, so who cares what they say.

He owes, and if he doesn't pay, maybe someone should do some investigating and look him up and teach him a lesson.

I also wish that he would pay the price, I spent hrs clicking - there were alot of emails everyday filling my mailboxes and I'm sure he got paid from the advertisers and then he supposedly had a tv special about how great his site was!!! This site mad me leary of joining any others and I would never want to inadvertantly join a new one from this guy.
